For orders using our sourcing, purchasing coordination or fulfillment support, our standard service fee is calculated as:

This service fee is calculated based on the value of the goods themselves and is separate from international shipping, special handling, optional services and other third-party costs unless otherwise confirmed.

Goods received from suppliers are matched with your customer or order information where possible.

Fulfillment Coordination

We help coordinate the warehouse process from receiving through packing and shipping preparation.

Customer Support

Our team remains available to assist with order, warehouse, packing and shipping-related questions.

The exact services included may depend on the type of order and the service arrangement confirmed with the customer.

Product Value Used for the 8% Calculation

The service fee is calculated using the total value of the goods purchased.

The number of suppliers does not by itself change the 8% percentage.

What Is Not Included in the 8% Service Fee?
