1688Fulfillment is an independent China-based fulfillment service provider serving overseas buyers who purchase products from suppliers in China.

We provide warehouse receiving, storage, inspection, photo and video verification, consolidation, repacking, return or exchange assistance, and international shipping support according to the service arrangements confirmed with our customers.

1. Independent Business

1688Fulfillment operates independently.

We are not owned, operated, controlled, sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with 1688.com, Alibaba Group, Alibaba.com, Taobao, Tmall, or any of their parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliated businesses.

The use of the term “1688” in our website name and service descriptions is intended to describe the type of sourcing and fulfillment support we provide to buyers who may purchase goods through 1688.com and other Chinese supplier channels.

It should not be interpreted as indicating an official partnership, authorization, agency relationship or corporate affiliation.

2. We Are Not 1688.com

1688Fulfillment does not operate the 1688.com marketplace.

We do not control:

Transactions between a buyer and a supplier on 1688.com remain subject to the terms, policies and procedures of 1688.com and the relevant supplier.

3. Our Role

Our role generally begins after, or in connection with, a customer’s sourcing activity in China.

Depending on the confirmed service arrangement, we may assist customers with receiving supplier parcels at a China warehouse, checking quantities or visible product conditions, providing photos or videos, holding goods while additional parcels arrive, consolidating multiple orders, repacking goods, assisting with supplier returns or exchanges, and arranging international shipping.

Our role is therefore best described as a China-side fulfillment and logistics support service.

4. Products From Multiple Sources

Customers are not required to purchase exclusively from 1688.com in order to use our services.

Subject to confirmation and cargo acceptance requirements, goods may come from sources such as 1688 sellers, Alibaba suppliers, Chinese factories, Taobao or Tmall sellers, domestic wholesalers, and other Chinese suppliers.

1688Fulfillment is therefore not limited to one marketplace or sourcing platform.

5. No Authority to Represent Third-Party Platforms

1688Fulfillment has no authority to make representations, guarantees, commitments or decisions on behalf of 1688.com, Alibaba Group or other third-party platforms.

We cannot:

6. Supplier Responsibility

Suppliers remain responsible for the products they sell, including product descriptions, specifications, manufacturing, quantity, quality and any commitments made directly to the buyer.

If a product problem is identified while goods are still in China, 1688Fulfillment may assist with photos, videos, communication, returns, exchanges or replacement arrangements.

However, approval of a refund, replacement, return, exchange or compensation remains subject to the supplier’s policies and cooperation.

7. Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Names such as 1688, Alibaba, Alibaba.com, Taobao and Tmall, together with their respective trademarks, logos and brand assets, belong to their respective owners.

Any reference to these names on our website is made only to identify third-party platforms or supplier sources relevant to our fulfillment services.

Unless expressly authorized by the relevant rights holder, such references do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or partnership.

8. Website Branding

The name 1688Fulfillment is used to identify our independent fulfillment service.

Visitors should not interpret the name, domain, website design, service descriptions or marketing materials as indicating that this website is an official website of 1688.com or Alibaba Group.

Where appropriate, we display independent-service notices to help avoid confusion.

9. Information About Third-Party Platforms

Information on our website about purchasing from 1688, Alibaba or other Chinese platforms is provided for general informational purposes.

Third-party platforms may change their interfaces, policies, procedures, fees, requirements or services without notice.

For current marketplace rules or account-related questions, customers should refer directly to the relevant third-party platform.

10. No Marketplace Account Management Guarantee

If we provide general guidance to customers purchasing from China, that guidance should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a third-party marketplace will:

We are also not responsible for losses caused solely by decisions or actions of third-party suppliers or marketplaces that are outside the scope of services we have agreed to provide.

This statement does not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
